A BLANKET of snow covered the city last night as the first wintry weather of 2019 hit.

While the white stuff has since melted, it didn't stop Portsmouth residents from having fun on social media about the ‘blizzard’ – with dogs seeming to enjoy the weather. Here’s how you reacted on Twitter:
