FIRE crews from Cosham and Havant have this afternoon (October 25) attended a road traffic incident on the A3.

Firefighters were deployed to the crash on the A3 northbound, close to the Waterlooville junction after receiving a call at 12.30pm.

Two vehicles and a caravan were involved in the incident and three casualties were passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) who were also in attendance.

A statement from SCAS said: ‘We were called at 12.22pm to a collision on the A3 in Waterlooville.

‘We sent to the scene three ambulance crews and a rapid response vehicle who assessed three patients. All three patients were taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital.’
