Lifeboat launched in Portsmouth Harbour over incident

LIFEBOATS have been launched in Portsmouth Harbour.

Ambulances service and police vehicles are near Clarence Pier this evening.

The coastguard has yet to confirm what the incident is but no-one is thought to be in the water.
