A test showed he had 59 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

Magistrates fined him £266 with an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs to pay.

Dominik Surus, 35, of Sandringham Road, Petersfield, admitted drink-driving in Park Road, Petersfield, on April 19 and driving without insurance.

A test showed he had 54 microgrammes of alcohol in breath.

She also admitted having no insurance.
