Police release picture in hunt for thief who pushed teen from his bike in Portsmouth

POLICE have released a picture of a man they wish to speak to following a bike theft in Portsmouth last week.

A teenage boy was pushed from his bike in Gamble Road, Portsmouth, at 8pm on Thursday July 2.

The thief was seen riding in the direction of Malins Road.

Officers investigating the incident are keen to identify the man in this CCTV image.

A spokesman from Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘We appreciate the image is not the clearest, but we hope that someone may still be able to recognise him.’
