Man fined £600
MAGISTRATES have fined a man £600.
Raphael Bempong, 24, admitted failing to comply with a direction to leave Guildhall Walk on February 13.
He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
The bench fined Bempong, of Varley Road, London, £350 for the first offence and £250 for the bail offence. He must pay a £30 victim surcharge.
