Up to £25,000 of home energy efficiency work is available to Fareham residents for free – apply today

Fareham Borough Council is offering energy-efficiency improvements for eligible homes as part of the Warmer Homes programme.You could be eligible for up to £25,000 of improvements for free if:

- Your home has an EPC rating of E, F or G (limited funding is also available for EPC D rated properties).

And either:

- You have a total household annual income of £30,000 or less (before housing costs/bills)

Or:- You receive a means-tested benefit.

Fred said: “Since having a heat pump installed, my energy bills have gone down by 50% and the EPC rating of my home has gone from an E to a C. One of the things I found incredible about air source heat pumps is that for each unit of electricity you use, you get three units of heat in return. This has seen my energy consumption plummet.”
